At Ivy Capital, we focus on improving student housing and multifamily communities in growing Southeast markets. Our approach centers on well-located assets, thoughtful renovations, and disciplined operations.
Since our founding in 2022, we’ve grown the portfolio to more than 1,100 beds across two states and invested millions into value-add improvements. We take a hands-on approach with every property and stay closely involved in each renovation plan and resident experience.
Our target markets combine long-term demand with limited new supply, creating a strong foundation for steady performance. These fundamentals have fueled rent growth and enabled our properties to outperform underwriting, reinforcing our hands-on approach and specific market selection.
We pursue investments with projected minimum LP returns of 18%, supported by clear business plans and disciplined execution. We believe that improving the living experience creates stronger communities and stronger investor outcomes.
